The event will be held at St John’s Hotel in Solihull, Birmingham, with a gala dinner on 1st November 2009. Our target is to attract between 800-1000 people from across the Midlands including celebrities and dignitaries from around the UK. We will be working with celebrity chefs in the Midlands and experts in the catering sector, and taking nominations from individuals and businesses.
