Nomination fee £25. Cheques payable to 'Midlands Curry Awards', to qualify for entry to the main competition. The restaurant must have been trading for at least 2 years. Restaurants which have been established for less than 2 years will automatically be entered in the Newcomer Of The Year category. The judges' decisions will be final To proceed, please complete the accompanying Nomination Form and return it to us before 7th september 2009 together with a) your current menu, b) your latest wine list, c) exterior and interior photographs, and d) any recent press coverage (within the last year). You may include a short video ‘tour’ of your restaurant.
